Julie Chretien is a doctor in sociology (University of East Paris) and an engineer with a specialization in urban planning and transports from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC), who analyses mobility behaviour using both qualitative and quantitative methods. With a focus on the relationships between individuals' time use and mobility constraints, she deals with questions of accessibility, as well as gender and inclusive cities. In parallel, she is working on the role of new digital tools in the making and the analysis of mobility.
