Maximilian works for the Urban Planning, Development and Territories department of L'Institut Paris Region. He is a landscape architect and urban planner and holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the Technical University of Dresden in Germany and a Master's degree in urban planning from Sciences Po Paris. Before joining L'Institut Paris Region in 2018, Maximilian worked in several architecture, urban planning and landscape agencies in Paris and Zurich. Among other topics, he is currently working on the development of cycling facilities and territories and the support of the cycling policy of the Île-de-France Region.
